Mission Statement:

Hope Givers Working Ranch is a place where young men will have the opportunity to work with horses, cattle, and mentors from all walks of life to gain education, outstanding moral, social and behavior skills. These men will develop leadership, communication, and people skills that will turn them into eagles among men.

Isaiah 61:1  The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, because the Lord has appointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.

Since coming to Hope Givers Scott has advanced in many ways through personal growth and learning horse training skills.

He plans to show this year with Dennis and accomplish the art of horseshoeing to reach his desired goals. We are so proud of Scott and look forward to his bright future.

Scott feels he has a new drive and motivation. Feels as if he has a purpose
in life for something. A new peace has come over him. Loves Miss Cindy’s breakfast and the challenges with the horses but more than that he loves the Godly atmosphere.

I am part of a team that serves the boys in Camp Avery Correctional institution. I am confident there is a void after men leave these types of facilities.  The void I speak of is where these men return to the same negative environment they came from where it seems almost impossible to stay in a positive direction. This is the fuel that has sparked the Idea of Hope Givers Working Ranch. ~Dennis Cappel
We would greatly appreciate your prayers and thoughts.

Next Generation Horseman Colt Starting Challenge was a rewarding experience watching God’s hand at work . Hearing the stories of repaired relationships, salvations and making of new friends is the Hope That is risen. Hats off to the mentors, young men and horses that made everything possible. Cindy and I are privileged to be a part of it. A big Thank You to all who support Hope Givers in so many ways. Looking forward to this year’s challenge with great expectations. ~Dennis & Cindy
